Top-Quality Results at an Affordable Price

Our standard service includes sprays every two months because we have found that the products don’t quite last three months leaving an opportunity for pest to get inside. We strive to keep a constant barrier around your property to prevent pest from having time to grow in numbers and get inside your home. Additionally by doing treatments every two months it also allows us to come out 6 times a year to do cleanup of spiderwebs and do wasp nest removal instead of just 4 times.

What To Expect For Your Service

Three days prior to your appointment we will notify you by text and email with the day and exact time of your appointment. We don't give you a blanket window time that we will show up. We want you to know exactly when to expect us for each service so you can ensure the gate is unlocked and your pets are safely kept inside during the treatment. We will send another text message to let you know when we are in route to your home. Once the treatment is complete we will mark it as completed in our system and that will trigger an email letting you know the work has been completed.

Additionally each customer will have access to Jeremy’s direct cell phone number and his email address as well. This helps with streamlining your customer service needs.

3 Steps to Our Services

Inspect

If you have seen evidence of a pest or want help to setup a preventative program at your home, we will come out and inspect your home free of charge. On the first visit, we will conduct a thorough inspection of your property. You can expect your first inspection to takes about 45 minutes to an hour, for regular visits it will take approximately 30 minutes. At the end of our inspection, we will complete an SPC Home Inspection Report that points out any problems areas and recommendations for your treatment plan.

Treat

SPC will treat and take care of any problems previously discussed during the inspection stage and install pest-monitoring tools in areas to help keep an eye out for pests. Our licensed structural pest control operator will use professional grade products in accordance to the product labels. And when we have completed the service, we will fill out a SPC Service Ticket that outlines the services conducted.

Maintain

SPC will treat and take care of any problems previously discussed during the inspection stage and install pest-monitoring tools in areas to help keep an eye out for pests. No Contracts

Why We Don’t Do Contracts

Contracts only serve the pest control company's interest. As homeowners themselves they wouldn’t want to sign a contract with a pest company so when they started their company in 2009 they made the decision to be a no contract pest control company.
